Long story:
After I gave birth to my first son, I went on a hormonal weight loss diet, designed by me, after my hormone therapy education. That gave me a chance to start with -10kg!
I used to use cream on my skin during my first pregnancy. And I managed to keep my skin in good condition that time.
The biggest mistake I made was becoming friends with a Polish-Dutch woman. Agnieszka.
Why?
She was super overconfident, as her mother divorced her father and raised her and her sister alone in the Netherlands as a Polish Psychologist. Plus, she finished a PhD in London in Art.
Plus, she married a Canadian-Chinese lawyer, who was kind of outcast because of this marriage....
She thought with these ideas that she is better than me, and I should just shut up and follow her in every shit...
Nope, I did not follow her!
But I made a big mistake in the second pregnancy, when I thought maybe I should be as lazy as she is...
So I did not use cream on my skin, and it damaged much worse!
She has only one child!
So, if you are pregnant or plan to be pregnant, use cream on your skin regularly to avoid damage.
Then I met a Mexican woman, who ran a motherhood group in Copenhagen, and she had some Chemistry education. She married a local Danish person, and they had finally two kids, but when we met, she only had one kid. She was crazy about Lego. She finally took a master's degree at Roskilde University, but before that, here is the story.
She was promoting Mexican treatment after childbirth, which meant that in the first few weeks, the mother had to be wrapped up in tight textiles, so the stomach could return to normal.
I think it was a very good idea. I also used this solution as I had like three corsets for several hours every day, which helped me to tone my stomach better.
I also started to go to the gym with my 4 month old child.
In the second pregnancy, I did not use cream, which was a big mistake!
Then it was Covid-19 lock down! So no gym!
Very big shit!
Then I joined the Senior Athletic Club at BAK. I was walking mostly with people who were over 60 years old. Then, after a few months, I was invited to run and sprint!
I did the challenge, although the old ladies told me, DON'T.
I got injured for more than 6 months!
I was overweight! And my body was not ready to do the same ....
Then I started to use a rehabilitation knee support. That helped me to do the basic things.
What did I study from these two big shit?
1. DON'T accept advice from cocky people.
2. DON'T accept advice from people who have never tried your situation.
What do I mean?

2. Trainer who has never been super overweight.... so they do not know what it means....
Why did I start to use kinesiology tape?
It helped me to travel on an airplane with two kids alone, when I had super pain in my knees.
I did my first long-distance traveling alone with two kids.
