As the other side most of cases are less prepared....  How do I mean? When I took interviews, I managed to get to the weak point of the other person. And my main focus was always to execute! As this was most of the time my job, Execute in any job field....  How did it start? I used to be part of kids' ballet and yoga, that was psycho theater...  When? I was only 8 years old. We had a very strange play, when Snow White had 8 dwarves and not 7. And instead of saving Snow White from the witch, the dwarves were punished.
