 Done! Section 3: Kinesiology Tape Application Just like in the Japanese blog I shared before, if you go to a long sports event, like a marathon, or you travel long hours, like I did. Then the tape can be connected to your skin a lot. In my case, I was not sweating, like what would happen during running. So the tape was very strong, end water did not move it easily.  You can try oils or special alcohol prepared for this kind of tape.  Some of the sticky parts stayed for a few days, so I had to reclean them again and again.  Take your time, don't get excited, and do not hurt your skin by too much scrubbing.  Healing is more important than being super perfect.
